You can now go ahead and fill out your boy's availability for all the upcoming practices and games, please do so right away so we are assured of having the right numbers for all.
In practice we have been dedicating a lot of time to defensive positioning, particularly gap control and angling. It's a topic the boys have been struggling to fully grasp, so I'm sharing with you this video that uses examples from a young team to explain what the gap and angling are and how to use it.
